Defective Product
Is your product defective or not working as intended? You will receive a free replacement.
Please contact us at info.teenagefinds@gmail.com and provide
your order number and a brief description of the problem.
Returns
Return Period
You can register your order for return within 14 days of receipt.
After registering the return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
Return Conditions
The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and—if possible—in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that have already been used
or are no longer in their original condition.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs
will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part,
such as an incorrectly delivered or defective product.
Shipping Status of Our Products
Our products are shipped with import duties and customs clearance fees already paid.
You will not incur any additional customs or import fees upon receipt.
We also do not charge import or customs clearance fees for returns.
However, you are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
Refund
Once we have received the returned product in perfect condition,
the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method
used for the original order.
Exceptions
Hygiene products, custom-made items, and products that cannot be returned
for health reasons are excluded from returns.

Initiating a Return
● Pack the product carefully, preferably in the original packaging, and include
the return form. ● Affix the return label to the package so that it is clearly visible.
● Drop off the package at a post office or parcel drop-off point.
● Returns must always be sent using a tracked shipping service (Track & Trace).
The customer is responsible for shipping.
● Once the package arrives at our warehouse, we will arrange an exchange
or a refund.
